QSCG LLC supports clients in building, managing, and refining their systems to prepare for external audits by independent registrars. Any final decision regarding the status of a certification lies exclusively with the relevant certification body.
Engaging QSCG LLC for consulting or audit preparation does not guarantee certification nor does it grant any entitlement to such status.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
QSCG LLC offers no guarantee that a client will reach or maintain certification status, pass an audit without findings, or satisfy specific regulatory or customer mandates. Our audits and assessments are snapshots based on provided data, sampling, and observations at a specific time.
Because auditing relies on sampling rather than a total review of every single record or activity, the absence of identified nonconformities during our engagement does not prove that no risks or deficiencies exist. The client’s management maintains final accountability for system compliance.
4. Independence of Decisions
Unless explicitly stated, any certification body used by a client is entirely independent of QSCG LLC. We have no influence over the findings or rulings of external auditors, registrars, or regulatory agencies. Opinions shared by QSCG LLC do not bind these third parties.
5. Client Responsibility
While QSCG LLC provides expert guidance, the ultimate responsibility for the management system’s effectiveness and design rests with the client. The client is responsible for identifying applicable laws, maintaining records, ensuring the accuracy of data shared with us, and deciding if specialized legal or engineering advice is required. Our recommendations support, but do not replace, management’s professional judgment.
6. Internal and Supplier Audits
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all audits performed by QSCG LLC are considered internal, gap assessments, or supplier audits.
